Beat Auburn Beat Hunger (BABH) is a student organization that unites The University of Alabama and Tuscaloosa communities to help fight hunger and poverty in West Alabama.

What does Beat Auburn Beat Hunger do?

Every year, BABH competes with Auburn University’s Beat Bama Food Drive in a food drive to benefit local food banks. This friendly competition has raised over 6 million pounds of food for Alabamians since its inception. In addition to the annual food drive, BABH engages in year-round education and advocacy related to food insecurity issues.

How do I join Beat Auburn Beat Hunger?

University of Alabama students can participate with BABH in many ways. Join the BABH staff in the Fall semester and be part of the effort to fight food insecurity in Alabama or look out for BABH’s red barrels in October to donate to the food drive.
